Fauxback Co. is all about celebrating the nostalgia of sports through unique, vintage-inspired apparel. I started out creating faux throwbacks for teams that didn't exist in the actual 'vintage' era, using retro sports logos, classic character illustrations, and modern-day streetwear as inspiration. I began by making my own shirts for the teams I liked and creating gifts for close friends featuring their favorite teams.

As a sole founder and operator of Fauxback Co., I was responsible for all aspects of bringing my vision to life, including designing the shirts, setting up and customizing the look and feel of the Shopify store, and creating marketing materials to help build the brand's online presence. By partnering with a print-on-demand service that could handle all my printing, shipping, and order fulfillment needs, I was able to scale the business and offer a wide range of products to customers.

Along the way, I also took advantage of name, image, and likeness agreements to partner with NCAA athletes, creating unique designs that showcased their personalities and helped build their brands. These partnerships help increase visibility to Fauxback Co. and its mission to celebrate sports nostalgia through unique apparel. Today, Fauxback Co. continues to grow and expand, with a small but loyal fan base and a commitment to creating quality, vintage-inspired apparel for all sports fans. Although starting a company from scratch can be challenging, I found the process to be immensely rewarding, and I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far.
